50gr Chopped Pecans
50gr Walnuts (finely chopped)
50gr Roasted Whole Hazelnuts
40gr Callebaut - Chocolate Blossoms - Blossoms Dark
50gr Diced Banana
50gr Fresh Strawberry Cubes
Roast the chopped pecans and walnuts lightly for 10 minutes at 150°C.
Add the roasted whole hazelnuts to the roasting nuts for one minute. Leave to cool.
Mix the oatmeal with the nuts.
Add the yoghurt to the mixture.
Sprinkle fruits with lemon to prevent discolouring.
