We deliver across the Emirates as per the following schedule:

Dubai : Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm

Abu Dhabi : Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm

Al Ghadeer : Monday to Saturday, between 6pm to 10pm

Al Ain : Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm

Sharjah : Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm, Saturday between 9am to 1pm

Ajman : Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm

UAQ : Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm

Ras Al Khaima : Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm

Fujairah :  Monday & Thursday only, between 9am to 1pm.

 

Please Note available delivery slots are tentative and subject to change.

If your order is received after 14.00 hrs (Mon-Fri), we will do our best to deliver at the earliest available delivery date, as per the schedule above.

Self collection orders or orders place for pick-up will be valid for 48 HOURS from the date of placing the order. Orders not collected will be cancelled at companies discretion. Refunds of payment will be done through the Original Mode of Payment.

SHIPPING FEES:

- For orders of AED 160 and above, the shipping is free of charge.
- For orders below AED 160, the shipping fee is AED 40.

- For Cash On Delivery orders there will be a charge of AED 10 Which will be collected by the delivery company directly.

SHIPPING FEES TO REMOTE & RESTRICTED AREAS:

- For orders of AED 160 and above, the shipping fee is AED 75.
- For orders below AED 160, the shipping fee is AED 120.

PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOTE AREAS COD IS NOT AVAILABLE.

*We deliver across UAE using a 3rd party delivery company, therefore please ensure your selected delivery date & time is respected, otherwise an extra fee of 40DHS or 120DHS for remote areas will apply.

*In addition to the Remote Areas listed below, there are Restricted Areas in the UAE. If your location falls in a Restricted Area a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm if we are able to deliver.

*DELIVERY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE CASE OF A CANCELLATION

Please Bring your confirmation email along with EXACT CHANGE or CARD PAYMENT when you come to collect your order.

FRIDAYS WE CLOSE FOR PRAYERS FROM 12.15 PM - 2.15 PM
SATURDAY : 9.00 AM - 12.00PM.
