This chocking doughnut recipe, or donut if you will, yields a mouth-wateringly fresh and fluffy piece of halo-shaped dough confectionery that has millions of fans around the world. No matter if they’re a chocolate glaze, frosting or icing kind of person, your customers will simply love the layer of ready-to-use Caramel Filling, on top: decorated with a handful of dark ChocRocks™, it adds a bit of dark chocolate flavour to the sweet taste of the doughnut, and gives the pillowy piece of goodness some additional crunch. Great to be enjoyed on its own, or served with a fresh cup of coffee or milk.
