Returns & Cancellations

EMF Boutik is committed to customer satisfaction. As the majority of our products are perishable (consumable) in nature, if you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product please return it at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery person has accomplished delivery of the goods and left, there will be no refund or exchange.

In case of non-perishable (not consumable) items, and in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it and returned within 7 days from the delivery date at our Office/Warehouse location.

Self collection orders or orders place for pick-up will be valid for 48 HOURS from the date of placing the order. Orders not collected will be cancelled at companies discretion. Refunds of payment will be done through the Original Mode of Payment.
In case of full or partial returns, a handling fee will apply according to your region.

Cancellation by customer

You can cancel your or reschedule delivery day/time for your order anytime up to 4.00 PM,  one day prior to your scheduled delivery of order placed on www.emfboutik.com,

In case of cancellation before the cut-off time, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

*DELIVERY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE CASE OF A CANCELLATION ONCE DISPATCHED

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In certain cases, we may need to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations are in place to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our ordering system.

These restrictions may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. By implementing these limitations, we aim to maintain a level playing field for all customers and prevent any potential misuse of our services.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are non-perishables (non-consumable), and if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. Please notify us at the time of delivery if you need an exchange for the same products by calling us on (04) 327 2254 or send us an email at inquiry@emfboutik.com. We will send you the replacement of that product on our next delivery to your area, depending on where you live. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
