Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- A handful of tomatoes, diced (small pieces)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped coriander
- 15 gr diced onion

Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados: Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
Add the olive oil: Drizzle the olive oil into the mashed avocado and mix it well for a creamy texture.
Add the tomatoes: Gently fold in the diced tomatoes.
Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Also add lime juice, coriander, and onion for extra flavour.
Salmon: Roll thin slices of salmon, 0.5 cm wide, onto themselves.
Serve: Fill the EBP Savory mini cones with guacamole and place the piece of salmon on top.
