Sent me a near expiry item. The production date was April 2025 and sent me this on June 2026 with expiry due in Oct 2026.
Refused to send a replacement and required me to visit their warehouse to return and replace the item. Worst customer experience.

Absolutely delicious, I really loved the caramel flavor. I wouldn’t recommend having it as is because it may be too strong on the caramel flavor on its own. The delivery didn’t take long ordered it, if I am not mistaken on Monday and got it on Wednesday. When it arrived it was still cold which honestly was a good bonus.

When I opened the wafer and tasted it, it was very old and not suitable for consumption.

It was really good high quality, the delivery was semi fast. I just wish they had more in stock as I am planning on getting multiple bags of different chocolates twice a month.
