100g Callebaut White Chocolate 28% Min Cocoa, n° W2, melted

50ml Even Fresh UHT Whipping Cream 35% Fat

50g finely chopped pistachios

50g Capfruit Blueberry Individually Quick Frozen Fruit (IQF)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp Authentic Products Vanilla Extract With Seeds (Concentration: 200g/L)
