Pectin X-58 is a high-quality pectin product that is commonly used as a gelling agent in food and beverage applications. It is extracted from citrus peel and is rich in natural fibers, making it a popular choice for thickening and / or gelling agent (in the presence of calcium), particularly suitable for gelling in milk media, jams, jellies, and fruit spreads. Pectin X-58 is known for its ability to create a firm gel structure with excellent stability and clarity, making it ideal for use in a wide range of food products. It is also suitable for use in sugar-free and reduced-sugar formulations.
