Thermo reversible gelling agent that comes from organic production of algae, cold and hot gelling applications, clean cut. Translucent gel but not transparent. It is not necessary to add any substance to form the gel. Good compatibility with sugar. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

How to use
Three necessary steps: dispersions, hydration, solution.
Disperse in water, stirring and heat to boil (100ºC), until its complete dissolved. When it cools down, it gelifies. Agar Agar gelatine maintains its texture at room temperature.
Recommended dosage:
Very soft texture 0.8g / 500ml
Soft texture 1.5g / 500ml
Hard texture 5g / 500ml
Very hard texture 7g / 500ml
