Cookies based on oatmeal and pimped with walnuts, dried cranberries and of course Callebaut bakestable milk chocolate chunks: we challenge you to resist them!
50 g Muscavado sugar
3 g vanilla sugar
105 g butter
35 g egg yolks
10 g Even Cream 35%
30 g egg white
100 g walnuts (finely chopped)
125 g oatmeal
60 g flour
2 g baking powder
1 g salt
60 g Callebaut Milk Chocolate Baking Chunks
60 g cranberries
Mix the Muscavado sugar, vanilla sugar and butter together until well combined.
Add egg yolks, Even Cream, egg white and finely chopped walnuts to your mixture and mix well.
Add the oatmeal, flour, baking powder and salt to the mixture.
Mix in the Callebaut Milk Baking Chunks and cranberries.
Divide your cookie dough into 70 g portions, place on a baking sheet and bake at 180ºC for 14-18 minutes.
