120 g 100% Pure Cocoa Powder 22-24%, Extra Brute

350 gr white granulated sugar

110 g oil

200 g eggs

240 g flour

8 g Soc Chef Baking Powder

3 g espresso powder

3 g salt
Directions
in a bowl, mix the 100% Pure Cocoa Powder 22-24%, Extra Brute, sugar and oil until smooth
add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each
add the flour, espresso powder and salt
mix until have a smooth texture
chill in a fridge for 1 hour
shape 25 g balls
coat each with powder sugar
bake on 180°C for 10 to 13 min
