Sugar; powdered skimmed cream cheese(quark); dextrose; buttermilk powder; bovine; gelatine; modified starch; thickener locust bean gum; acid citric; natural flavouring.
Basic Recipe
- 500 g Charlotte Cheese Cake Mix
- 1000 g water 20 - 25̊C
- 1000 g whipped cream, unsweetened
Mix Charlotte Cheese Cake Mix with water, fold in the whipped cream, and allow to set.
