High concentration and ready to use Violet food colorant soluble in water.
Ideal for all types of pastries (dough, pasty cream, sponge etc..), sugar work or with an airbrush.
Water; colours agents (E122); conservative (E202).
How to use:
- Indicative usage 20mg/kg.
- For airbrush; shake well before use; pour a small amount into the airbrush
- For pastries; use the liquid colorant directly in the preparation.
- For sugar add the liquid colorant at 130̊ C
- The colour intensity varies to the application i.e. with white base (milk, cream) the colorant gives a brighter effect, while with a transparent base (water, gel) has a softer result.
Note: This food colorant is not suitable for fat-based applications.
