Sugar; strawberry fruit powder; dried strawberries; glucose syrup; colouring food beetroot red; bovine gelatine; lactose; modified starch; acidulant citric acid; flavouring; colouring food beetroot red.
200 g charlotte strawberry
250 g water 20 - 25˚C
1000 g whipped cream, unsweetened
Mix charlotte strawberry with water. Fold in the whipped cream, allow to set.
