Ingredients
Sugar; cocoa; bovine gelatine; flavouring

Basic Recipe
200 g charlotte chocolate 
250 g water 20 - 25˚C
1000 g whipped cream, unsweetened

Mix charlotte chocolate with water, fold in the whipped cream, allow to set.
