Food Coloring System RED

Power Flowers can color more than just chocolate. It’s the ideal system for coloring any fat-based recipe, such as cocoa butter, ice cream, mousses, marzipan, glazes, sugar paste, sugar fondant, buttercream, dough and more.

Power Flowers melt right away in the microwave or in liquid chocolate or cocoa butter. In other words, you can immediately start coloring – and in just a matter of seconds, your chocolate or cocoa butter has the tone or color you want.

Ingredients

Cocoa butter, Color E120

 

How to use

Step 1

Choose your preferred color from the APP  and put the stated quantity and color combination of flowers in a bowl.

Step 2

Measure a multiple of 400grm of White chocolate and melt (40-45C)

Step 3

Pour a ¼ of the melted chocolates over the Power Flowers ™ in the bowl.

Step 4

Wait 1 or 2 minutes until the flowers are almost melted then mix until the flowers are completely dissolved

Step 5

Add the remaining ¾ of the chocolate mix.

Step 6

Temper your chocolate if needed.
