White paste with neutral sweet vanilla taste for covering cakes and making decorations. Very flexible and snow-white icing paste that can be flavoured, coloured and shaped as desired.
Sugar; glucose syrup; water; hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel); glazing agent E413; vegetable oil; humectant; E422; citric acid; nature identical flavour vanillin CE173.
How to use
- Soften it by kneading (optional: add colours and/or flavours)
- Roll out into the desired thickness
- Cut out your shapes and fold them
- Leave to harden
